Collecting Fall Leaves and Simple & Sweet Fridays #35

This last weekend was a perfect day to start collecting fall leaves for projects.
 The colors were so vibrant.
I love to use leaves around the place settings for Thanksgiving.
I remember gathering leaves with our children when they were little.
We had a very big ash tree and every fall the leaves piled up in the front yard.
We would rake them up in mounds and the kids would run and jump on top.
The leaves would fly all over and then we would do it all over again.
I miss those days of simple fun times...
Sending thoughts and prayers to the victims of
Hurricane Sandy.
